Traffic At The Races does not warrant that the functions included within the website or that the services provided will meet your requirements or that the operation of the website or services will be uninterrupted or error free. This website and service is distributed on and "AS IS" basis without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied.
Traffic At The Races strictly prohibits the use of unsolicited mailings of any kind. Any member found to be using Spam tactics will have their account terminated. All membership benefits will be forfeited.
Traffic At The Races requires that you use a valid email when signing up or joining. If you do not use a valid email or use an email that sends an "auto-response" to emails sent to it, your account will be suspended and deleted immediately.
Any complaints or reports from our sister websites or any other websites that receive "auto-response" messages advertising Traffic At The Races will cause your account to be deleted immediately.
Traffic At The Races reserves the right to refuse any advertisement and/or website that we feel is inappropriate. This includes but is not limited to the following types of websites:
- NO Websites that contain adult content
- NO Pornography, racial or hate issues, vulgar language, illegal content.
- NO Sites promoting HYIP programs
- NO Paid To Click, Paid To Promote or any "Get Paid To" Programs
- NO MLM or "Get Rich Quick" schemes with unrealistic earnings claims
- NO Investment surfs
- NO Gambling sites
- NO Randomizer or cycler programs
- NO Cash gifting sites
- Any other website which Traffic At The Races deems inappropriate.
If any of these types of sites are found in the exchange, Traffic At The Races reserves the right to immediately suspend the site, and all advertisements associated will be deleted from the account.
The decision of Traffic At The Races in these matters is final and not subject to debate.
Additionally, websites will NOT be accepted into our network of member sites if they contain the following:
- Any interference in browsing content, including and not limited to popups
- The ability to break out of the browsing frame
- Any language other than English as the predominant language (minor use of a foreign language is permitted but should not represent more than 10% of the total page)
Traffic At The Races reserves the right to terminate a member's account if no activity has occurred for three (3) consecutive months. Any existing commissions, advertisments, or referrals in said account will be forfeited. Due to incidents of cheating, your account may be deleted, if suspected of this, no questions asked.
Traffic At The Races members are strictly prohibited from artificially browsing websites through the use of (but not limited to) any device, program, or robot. If this is detected, your account will be deleted with all associated advertisments and or commissions.
This includes creating more than ONE (1) Account
Traffic At The Races discourages the use of rotators. However some rotators are allowed. The member is totally responsible for the content of the URLs promoted in the rotator. Any rotator found to violate the Terms of Service will be deleted and the member will lose all advertisements associated with that rotator. The member also risks losing his or her account.
Traffic At The Races, as well as its administrators, partners, and sponsors, can not be held responsible or liable for any damage or loss of information that may occur as a result of using Traffic At The Races services. Members agree to use said services at their own risk.
Traffic At The Races is not responsible for the income claims or promises from the websites in rotation. You join any advertised programs at your own risk and Traffic At The Races advises you to research all business opportunities before you invest any money.
Members have the right to cancel their Traffic At The Races membership at any time. All existing referrals and/or future earning potential through our affiliate program will be forfeited at the time of cancellation.

Furthermore, Traffic At The Races will not be held responsible or liable for any problems, damages, or losses that may occur with regard to a member's direct association with any payment processor and any other aspects of their account.
Traffic At The Races will not issue any refunds for advertising purchased or for failure to cancel services. Traffic At The Races only uses Payza to pay out any commissions earned. Traffic At The Races reserves the right to make payments to corresponding registered Payza names.
Any Traffic At The Races membership or purchase that does not re-bill monthly and rewards advertising or any other item on a monthly basis requires you to log in each month to be able to claim such reward. Failure to login will result in your forfeiture of previously stated reward(s).
The focus of Traffic At The Races is to reward members that consistently share and discover interesting content. Traffic At The Races reserves the right to deny any and all rewards for inactive members.
